We are able to work on stainless steel up to 10 mm and normal sheet metal respective aluminum from 0,4 to 10 mm precisely!

Punching technics: We process steel and high-grade steel up to 10 mm. With over 250 tons punching machine we are able to process steel sheet up to a length of 1800 mm.

Tubing cuts: We process all round -, square and rectangle pipes up to an outside diameter of 110 mm.

It is an art to bend sheet metal.

Chamfering is the procedure which deforms metal in one directio. Resulting on the combination of several work procedures in this way, complex construction units are being build. Mostly these sheet metal bending parts are not visible afterwards, but fulfill their function: holding, connecting and stabilizing.

That is why they are manufactured with highest care and dimensional accuracy. In small as well as in large number of items.

Bending technology: We can bend 10 mm high-grade steel, steel, aluminium and radius from R30 to R170. With a sufficient thrust force we bend high-grade steel, steel and aluminum up to a length of 2 meters.

Welding: from gas-shielded welding to spot-welding

For strong connections we offer welding in all usual procedures:

• spot-welding

• stud-welding
• CO2-welding
• aluminium-welding
• stainless steel-welding

Each weld seam or welded joint is precise manual work and manufactured with highest accuracy. Templates provided by us for the positioning of the individual parts are mandatory.

Surface processing and surface finishing: from semigloss over polishes to coloured

We are also adjusted on the subsequent treatment and refinement of your products in the best way. We are able to grind, to polish and to deflash.
Further processing possibilities: zinc coating, painting
powder coating, galvanizing, anodizing, plastic coating, electronic coating, etc.

Therefore the decorative as well as the technical-functional aspect of a surface coating can be used.
