Exhibition city Guangzhou

The well-known Chinese Export Commodities Fair (CECF), also mentioned "canton fair", is organized by the Ministry of Trade of China and the Republican Government of the province Guangdong. Since the year 1957 the canton fair takes place each year twice and is of great importance for all chinese trading and economic activities. In spring as well as in the autumn, each fair trade is divided into two phases each with 6 exhibition days. Like international conventions, the fair is as well divided into categories: industrial products, textiles and clothes, food and medicine, gift articles and commodities.

Over 12.000 chinese enterprises take part in the canton fair. They are subjected to a strong competition and the strict examinations of the fair organization. More than 150.000 products are being exhibit. In each season newly developed goods occupy more than 40% of the exhibits.
